You settles one of the most vibrant places in Brussels, along the banks of the canal in the heart of Brussels, facing Tour & Taxis and a stone’s throw from the trendy boutiques of the Rue Dansaert, the restaurants on the Place Sainte-Catherine and the future Museum of Modern Art of Brussels (MOMA), which will soon open its doors in the legendary Citroen garage. In the summertime you can enjoy Brussels bath and festivals Kanal Playground and Couleur Café.

From the apartment you have a stunning view over Brussels. In the north you can see the Royal Palace and the Atomium. In front of the apartment is the new park of Tour and Taxis and the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. On the South Eastern side you have an amazing view over the center of Brussels.

A pedestrian bridge will be built across the channel, which should bind the Willebroekkaai, the new Béco park (3.5 ha) and Rue Picard.
